This is a commission-based independent-contractor opportunity. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Associates operate their own real estate businesses with the training, tools, technology, and support of Stone River Realty.
What Stone River Offers
Competitive compensation with better commission splits
If you’ve been in the business a while, you can expect to start at 80/20 or even 90/10 for your split. Even if you’re just getting started, you should be able to get up to those levels quickly. Once you reach a new tier, you never go back.
Profit sharing for qualifying associates
All of our agents that meet a minimum number of transactions get a piece of the net profits of their office!
Extended referral program that can pay multiple times for one referral
Our agents get paid each time their referral closes a deal for the first three times, and not just a flat 500 bucks. Your payout is a pre-split share of their commission!

You won’t need to do much paperwork with our Digital Transaction Coordinator

You should be motivated to learn, good with people, willing to follow direction, have great attention to detail, and be willing to get your Real Estate Agent License if you don’t already have it.
You do not need to know everything before joining us. We will provide the training, tools, guidance, and support. You provide the energy, focus, and tenacity!
Compensation
Commission-based independent contractor
Compensation may include competitive commission splits, referral income opportunities, and profit sharing for qualifying associates. This is a commission based position.
